Come and learn the traditional art of tortellini making in all its plantbased glory!

Nadia Fragnito, from The Vegan Italian Kitchen, will be joining our founder, Cherie Hausler, in her beautiful Stables Kitchen in the Barossa Valley for a relaxed day of making and eating tortellini filled with almond ricotta, all served in a full flavoured ‘brodo’ or broth, and topped with herbs freshly picked from Cherie’s farmhouse garden.

Pots of hand blended tea will be served on arrival, and each participant will take part in making a vegan pasta dough, to be filled and shaped, and then eaten for lunch! A sneaky little something sweet will round off the day, and all will go home with tortellini to share with family and friends, as well as a goodie bag from All The Things (RRP $55).

It’s going to be a delicious day, in a gorgeous space (the kitchen where All The Things TV is filmed for SBS and Channel 7) with a bunch of lovely people.

Tickets are extremely limited, so grab some friends and come to the Barossa for the day – just do it quickly!
