Ingredients:

4 cups mixed leafy greens
3 radish, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup activated almonds (almonds soaked in water overnight)
1 cup micro greens
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sweet Mirin or Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Green Gomasio

Method:

Combine all the salad components and dress with the mixed olive oil and Mirin. Sprinkle with Green Gomasio to serve.
