serves 4


1 head raw broccoli, finely shaved using a mandolin or very sharp knife
1 ruby grapefruit, cut into segments for the salad, retaining the juice for the dressing
1 avocado, sliced
2-3 small radish, finely sliced
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 generous handful rocket leaves (and flowers if possible)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
ATT Green Gomasio, to season


Combine all the salad ingredients, and dress with juice from ruby grapefruit and extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with Green Gomasio to season. Serve immediately.
